Kid Chef Eliana grew up in a family of cooks. With grandparents from Cajun Louisiana, the Philippines, Cuba, and Honduras, Eliana’s recipes have International flair and feature fresh local produce and ingredients.

As a young child, Kid Chef Eliana was chosen as one of thirteen Latinos profiled in a museum exhibit at the Southern Food and Beverage Museum in New Orleans. Featured in the “Top 10 Most Famous Kid Critics and Cooks” in the world by The Daily Meal, Kid Chef Eliana is also the youngest person ever named a 40 Under 40 mover and shaker by Gambit. She has met, interviewed, and cooked with celebrity chefs across the country. Her mission is to educate kids and inspire them to become culinary explorers.
