Hey Young Chefs!

A few days ago, I went to Sticky’s Finger Joint in New York City’s Greenwich Village. The chicken finger restaurant was recently featured on ABC’s The Chew and the Food Network. I was curious to see if the chicken fingers really measured up to all the hype. Guess what? They did!

My mom and I ordered their famous chicken fingers: the bada bing and the salted caramel. The bada bing was an Italian style chicken finger stuffed with mozzarella, deep-fried with a golden, crunchy crust and covered with a delicious marinara and special Sticky’s sauce. It was garnished with a delicate piece of fried basil. Yum!

The salted caramel chicken finger had a delicious pretzel crust. It was sweet, salty, and crunchy. It was unlike any chicken finger I had ever had before. Just tasty!

My mom and I also had the truffle fries and they were delish! By the time we left, I was glad that we were walking a mile back to where we were staying because we were so full from all of that scrumptious food!
