Hey Young Chefs!
This past week, my mom and I went to New York City! I went there to film for a cooking competition called Superchef Kids. On our first day in New York, we went to Times Square and Grand Central Station. Before we headed off to Times Square, we ate at The Food Emporium, which is a deli and an underground grocery store. That’s so cool!
While we ate our New York pizza, two of my fans, Kathryn and Beth, saw me and we had to take a picture!
Next, we went to Times Square! In Times Square, we went to Toys R Us, Forever 21, and the Hershey’s store.
Toys R Us was four stories! It had a huge ferris wheel inside, a Willy Wonka shop, a Barbie Dreamhouse, and much more. The Barbie Dreamhouse had every Barbie doll you could imagine!
Then, we went to Grand Central Station.
At Grand Central Station, we went to the Grand Central Terminal Market. I went to a store called Spices and Tease.
I bought some Za’ Atar and Tandoori seasonings, which I can’t wait to use.
We walked through the market and saw all kinds of fresh produce. Finally, it was time to leave and go to bed.
